Step 4:  Subject Removal ✓

After submitting an offer, there is a deadline to meet all the written terms and conditions, AKA the Subject Removal date.

An important subject in your offer is the financing of your new property. At this point, your mortgage broker will ensure that the most important lender conditions have been satisfied and a firm mortgage approval is in place.  All other subjects can be removed if you are satisfied with the results and findings done through due diligence and research on the property during the subject removal period.
